Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy
Award-Winning speaker and life coach gives free communications seminar titled ‘Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy.’ This motivational seminar will help you understand the sources of negativity in your life, strategies for overcoming negative self-talk, and other destructive influences which may prevent you from being your best self. This event is for a general public audience, including teens. All are welcome! If you live or work in high stress environments, this seminar is especially appropriate. This event takes place Sunday, April 30th from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. and is held at the Virginia Horse Center’s Mezzanine. Doors open at 3:15 p.m. Parking at the Virginia Horse Center is free. The seminar includes a multi-media presentation, lots of humor, anecdotes, and research. Participants may stay after the conclusion of the talk to enjoy free pizza provided by Domino’s Pizza of Lexington or visit with the speaker.
